Facebook has acquired a shopping search engine thefind.com.Terms of this deal were not disclosed to media. TheFind confirmed the acquisition on its official website. TheFind.com will shut down its business in the next few weeks and team will join Facebook.

“We are now starting our next chapter by combining forces with Facebook to do even more for consumers. Facebook’s resources and platform give us the opportunity to scale our expertise in product sourcing to the over 1 billion people that use the platform,” TheFind team wrote on the official website.

Key Member of thefind will join Facebook’s ads team to make the ads more relevant for users. Company confirmed this too in official statement on the website. So, After next few weeks, you will surely see more relevant ads in your news feed.
