Lava has launched a new tablet in QPAD series called Lava QPAD R704. It features 7 inch display and voice calling. It is priced at Rs. 8499. This tablet is almost similar to Lava QPAD e704 launched earlier this year.

Lava QPAD R704 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon processor. It has a 7 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which is upgradable to Android 4.4 Kitkat. It is packed with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. Internal storage is also expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. It has a 2 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity. It has a 3500 mAh battery.
