Two of the three founders of the company will join the Google. This acquisition was first reported by Pando Daily and later Google confirmed this. But Google didn’t confirmed the terms and amount of the deal.

Green Throttle Games launched an Android Arena app that pair game controller to your Android phone and lets you play Android games on big screen. But company didn’t get success and closed four months back.

The concept was nice but people could’t believe that a mobile device can power their console games. With the Google’s technology and infrastructure, people behind the company will surely come with something innovative. We already know that Google is working on set-top box TV that would come in coming months. Sources also say that acquisition is related to Android set-top box.
