Russia’s biggest Internet search engine company, Yandex has launched its own browser. This new Yandex browser is based on open source Chromium project. So it has many features similar to Google Chrome.
For users’ security, Yandex partnered with kaspersky to scan all downloads. Before downloading, File will be verified with kaspersky to detect and stop malicious downloads.
Yandex has also added Opera’s Turbo technology, to improve the page loading. Thus internet surfing will be fast. It also includes in-browser translation. It can translate web pages in 9 languages including English, German, French and Ukrainian. It can also easily import your bookmarks, browsing history and other settings from other browser in your system.
