Apple has now pushed iOS 6 and it is now available to download. Users can update their devices by visiting Settings > General > Software Update. This new iOS is only available for iPhone 3GS or later, iPod touch 4th gen or later, or iPad.

iOS 6 offers a long list of new features that will make much better than its previous versions. Apple says that iOS 6 comes with more than 200 features.
Not all features are available for all devices. Features are device specific and some features may be available on some devices but not for other devices.

- Real-time traffic information
- Local search available in Siri supported countries
- Do Not Disturb to suppress incoming calls and notifications

- Improved privacy controls for Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Photos and data shared over Bluetooth
- App Store and iTunes Store improvements
- VoiceOver integration with Maps, AssistiveTouch and Zoom
