Microsoft has just unveiled its new corporate logo. This new logo is similar to the logo of windows 8 but differ in its colored cores. You can say it a mixture of its predecessor and Windows 8 logo. In this logo Microsoft is also spelled in a simple Segoe font. This is the biggest change in the company’s branding in last 25 years.
Microsoft’s Jeff Hansen adds that the new corporate logo will “signal the heritage but also signal the future — a newness and freshness.”
Microsoft has number of product to launch including Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and Surface tablets. With this logo change, company wants to change its branding and corporate identity. This new logo represents the modern Microsoft.
