Gmail does not have any this kind of feature but you can use Right Inbox, a Google Chrome extension. This add integrates with Gmail and lets you schedule your emails to be delivered at a later time. This extension also supports time zone, so you can also schedule emails according to other countries time.
Schedule Emails on Gmail
Follow these steps to set up email scheduling for your Gmail
- Go to the Google Chrome store and install Right Inbox extension to your Google Chrome. You can also install it from official website.
- Now login to your Gmail account. You will see a pop up notification saying:
“You will soon be able to utilize many advanced features. Please continue to finish installation.”
Click on Continue. - Now you will be redirected to a page in which you will see a GMail notification where it says that “rightinbox.herokuapp.com” is trying to access your Google account. Click on Grant access at this page.
- Now you are in your Inbox with a pop-up message saying your Right Inbox is ready. Click on Close button.
- Now click on Compose to compose a new email. You will see a blue button for “Send later”.
- After composing the mail, click on Send Later. You will see a pop-up for selecting a time. You can also choose specific time. Select the time when you want to send the email.
- Now email will be saved in the draft for later sending.
