realme has launched the realme Watch 5 in India, expanding its smartwatch lineup alongside the recently launched realme P4x 5G. The smartwatch is manufactured locally under the Make in India initiative through realme’s partnership with Optiemus Electronics.
The realme Watch 5 features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with 600 nits brightness, protected by a 2D flat glass cover. It has a metallic uni-body design with an aluminium-alloy functional crown, honeycomb speaker holes, and a 3D-Wave strap made of skin-safe material for comfort and visibility in low-light conditions.
The watch supports HD Bluetooth calling, NFC, Always-on Display, and offers more than 300 customizable watch faces. Its independent GPS module works with five GNSS systems, allowing route tracking without a paired smartphone. Fitness enthusiasts can access 108 sports modes, guided workouts, and stretching tools, with activity data synced to the realme Link app.

Health-tracking features include sleep monitoring, SpO₂ measurement, heart rate tracking, menstruation management, and stress monitoring. It also provides three breathing training modes as part of its wellness suite. Additional software features include music control, game guardian mode, compass, and personal coach.
The smartwatch offers up to 16 days of battery life under standard usage and up to 20 days in Light Mode. It is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance and has passed four extreme quality tests to ensure durability in varied conditions.
The realme Watch 5 comes in Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, Mint Blue, and Vibrant Orange. It is priced at Rs. 4,499, with an introductory offer of Rs. 3,999. The first sale starts on 10th December at 12 Noon on realme.com, Flipkart, and mainline retail channels.
