Vi Launches New Prepaid Plans With Spotify Premium Subscription Benefits

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has introduced three new prepaid recharge plans that come with Spotify Premium benefits. The new plans combine music streaming access with data, calling, SMS, and OTT benefits.

With Spotify Premium, eligible Vi users get access to ad-free music streaming, offline downloads, and high-quality audio playback. The company had earlier introduced Spotify Premium benefits for select postpaid plans, and the benefit is now available for prepaid users as well.

Vi Prepaid Plans With Spotify Premium Benefits

Vi has added Spotify Premium benefits to the following prepaid plans:

The addition of Spotify Premium expands Vi’s entertainment offerings. The telecom operator already provides benefits such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, and ZEE5 with select prepaid and postpaid plans.

How to Activate Spotify Premium Benefit

Vi users with eligible prepaid plans can activate the Spotify Premium subscription through the Vi App.

To claim the benefit, users need to open the Claim Benefits section under active services, select Spotify Premium, and tap on Claim. Users can then log in with an existing Spotify account or create a new account to activate the subscription.

The Spotify Premium access is linked to the Vi recharge validity. Once the plan expires, users need to recharge with another eligible plan to continue using the subscription benefit.
