Oppo has launched an interesting phone accessory in China called the Oppo Bubble. It is a small magnetic circular display that attaches to the back of supported Oppo phones.

The device works like a tiny rear screen that helps you take better selfies using the main camera. The accessory was launched alongside the Oppo Reno 16 series.

Oppo Bubble offers the live camera preview. When it is attached, it shows what the rear camera is seeing in real time. This makes it easier to take selfies or group photos without guessing the frame. Users can adjust angles, check framing, and take photos remotely.

Oppo says it can work from up to 10 meters away. This makes it useful for tripod shots, group photos, and content creators.

But it is not only for camera preview. The device has a circular AMOLED touchscreen that can show wallpapers, live photos, emojis, videos, and simple animations. So, it can also be used as a small decorative display when not in use for photos.

The device is only about 7mm thick and weighs around 27.5 grams. It also has a 550mAh battery. It connects wirelessly and can automatically pair with supported Oppo phones when nearby. Supported devices include the Reno 14, Reno 15, Reno 16, and Find X8 and X9 series.

The Oppo Bubble costs 499 yuan in China. We cannot say if the company has plans to release it in other markets.
