NeuroRank, a new AI visibility monitoring platform from Pulp Strategy Communications, has officially launched globally as a SaaS product. The platform is designed to help brands track and improve how they appear across AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
The launch comes as AI-generated answers and summaries are increasingly changing how users discover information online. Instead of clicking traditional search results, many users now rely on direct responses generated by AI tools. This shift has also created new challenges for brands trying to maintain visibility online.
NeuroRank focuses on what the industry now commonly calls Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), which involves improving how brands are represented inside AI-generated responses. The platform claims to analyze how AI models describe a brand, identify missing or inaccurate information, and recommend changes that may improve visibility across different AI systems.

According to the company, the platform works through a multi-step process that includes analyzing AI-generated responses, identifying content gaps, suggesting improvements, and tracking visibility changes over time. The company says the platform has been tested across more than 150 brands in 65 industries before its public rollout.
Ambika Sharma, Founder and Chief Strategist at Pulp Strategy Communications, said the platform was developed after discussions with marketing teams and brands looking for better visibility across AI-driven search experiences.
The company also shared some early deployment results. According to NeuroRank, a BFSI brand improved its AI visibility metrics by 30% and citation frequency by 12% over a 90-day period across multiple AI platforms. Another FMCG brand reportedly saw a 47% improvement in visibility during the same timeframe. These figures are based on company-provided data and may vary depending on implementation and category.
NeuroRank says the platform does not require access to internal analytics systems or CRM platforms. Instead, it evaluates AI responses externally in a way similar to how regular users interact with AI tools. The company also states that the platform is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
Pricing starts at USD 225 per month for monitoring one AI model and one prompt cluster. A broader plan covering ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity is priced at USD 350 per month. The company is also offering a one-time diagnostic report priced at USD 7 for brands that want to analyze their current AI visibility across supported platforms.
