In the game, you play as Gloom, a mysterious character who is the last of her kind. She wields a powerful and sentient weapon called the Doomblade. The story revolves around unlocking the weapon’s powers and taking down enemies across different regions.
The game has an unusual control system. It uses mouse or thumbstick-based controls for precise targeting. This allows players to move quickly through the air and attack enemies with pinpoint accuracy
The game features multiple interconnected environments. Players will travel through areas like the abandoned halls of Gloomhaunt, the New Wilderwood forest, the Molded Mines, and a futuristic area called the Power Sector.
