Epic Games Store has rolled out its latest weekly free game, and this time it is offering The Stone of Madness for PC users. The game is available to claim for free for a limited time. Once added to your library, it will remain yours permanently.

The Stone of Madness was released back in 2025 and comes from The Game Kitchen, the studio known for the Blasphemous series. Unlike their previous games, this one focuses on real-time tactical stealth gameplay.

The game takes inspiration from classics like Commandos and Desperados. It is all about careful movement, stealth, and using character abilities to complete objectives.

The story is set in an 18th-century Spanish monastery. You control five prisoners who are trying to escape. Each character has unique skills, but they also have their own fears and mental conditions. If these fears are triggered during gameplay, it can affect performance and even change how the character behaves. This adds an extra layer of challenge.

The giveaway is live now and will be available until April 23. After that, a new free game will replace it as part of the weekly offer. PC gamers can claim it directly from the Epic Games Store.
