ŌURA has officially launched the ŌURA Ring 4 in India. This is the company’s first product in the Indian market. The ŌURA Ring 4 focuses on health and wellness tracking. It comes with several upgrades over previous models and aims to offer a more comfortable and accurate experience.
The ring is made of titanium and features recessed sensors. This design improves comfort, especially for all-day wear. It is also lightweight, weighing between 3.3 grams and 5.2 grams depending on the size.
It comes in sizes ranging from 4 to 15. The ring is also water-resistant up to 100 meters, so it can handle swimming and daily use without issues.
The ŌURA Ring 4 can track over 50 health metrics. These include:
- Heart rate
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Blood oxygen (SpO2)
- Stress levels
- Sleep and recovery
- Metabolic health
It uses multi-wavelength sensing technology for more accurate tracking. The ring also includes sensors for temperature, respiratory rate, and movement.
One of the key highlights is the AI-powered ŌURA Advisor. It gives personalised health insights based on your data. The companion app also offers features like fertility tracking, nap detection, and cardiovascular age.
The ring offers up to 8 days of battery life, depending on usage. It uses a small Li-ion battery and charges via a USB-C charging cradle. Charging can take around 20 to 80 minutes. It connects via Bluetooth Low Energy and works with both Android and iOS devices through the ŌURA app.
The ŌURA Ring 4 starts at Rs 28,900 for Silver and Black variants. Other finishes like Brushed Silver, Stealth Gold, and Rose Gold are priced at Rs 39,900.

There is also a subscription cost. Users need to pay Rs 599 per month for the ŌURA Membership to access full features and insights.
Smart rings are still a niche category in India. But products like the ŌURA Ring 4 show where wearables are heading. Many users do not want bulky smartwatches all the time. A ring offers a more subtle way to track health. However, pricing and subscription may limit its reach. At nearly Rs 30,000 plus a monthly fee, this is clearly a premium product. It is also important to note that the Samsung Galaxy Ring costs Rs. 38990 in India. This comparison would make ŌURA Ring 4 a better choice.
