OnePlus has started teasing a new smartphone from its Nord lineup. The teaser was shared by OnePlus India on X, hinting that a new Nord series device could arrive soon.
The company has not revealed the name of the phone yet. However, early signs suggest it could be the upcoming OnePlus Nord 6.
A device believed to be the Nord 6 recently appeared on Geekbench with the model number CPH2795. The listing suggests that the phone could be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. If this is true, it would be a big upgrade for the Nord lineup. The Snapdragon 8s series chipsets are designed to deliver near flagship-level performance while keeping the device in the mid-range price segment.
It is important to note that the same chipset is already used in the OnePlus Turbo 6, which recently launched in China. We can also expect that the Nord 6 could be a rebranded version of the Turbo 6.
Reports also suggest that another device could join the lineup. A OnePlus smartphone with model number CPH2805 recently cleared certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards. This device is rumored to be the OnePlus Nord CE 6. It may reportedly be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Turbo 6V.
These phones are believed to be launched next month. Before confirming the official launch date, the company would surely leak more details to hype the launch.
