CMF has officially confirmed the India launch of its first over-ear headphones, the CMF Headphone Pro. After a series of teasers, the company has announced that the headphones will debut in the country on January 13.

With this launch, CMF is expanding its audio lineup beyond earbuds and moving into the over-ear segment. According to the brand, the CMF Headphone Pro is designed for long listening sessions, with a clear focus on comfort, battery life, and noise cancellation.

The teaser images reveal three colour options for India. These include Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Light Green. The headphones will support interchangeable ear cushions. An orange ear cushion option will be sold separately, which allows users to change the look easily.

CMF Headphone Pro has physical buttons. It uses a combination of a roller, slider, and button controls for volume, playback, and calls. There is also an “Energy Slider” that lets users adjust bass and treble levels directly on the headphones.

The CMF Headphone Pro comes with an IPX2 rating, which means it can handle light splashes.

These headphones were first introduced globally in September last year, so the core specifications are already known. They feature 40mm drivers and support LDAC for high-quality wireless audio. Active noise cancellation is rated at up to 40dB. CMF claims up to 100 hours of playback with ANC turned off. Even with noise cancellation enabled, the headphones are said to deliver up to 50 hours of use.

Pricing has not been revealed yet. CMF says the official price for India will be announced at the launch event next week.
