OnePlus has launched the OnePlus Pad Go 2 in India as the latest tablet in its Go series. The new model focuses on a large display, clean software, and better ecosystem features at a relatively accessible price. The tablet starts at Rs. 26,999.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 comes with a slim and minimal design. It keeps the 7:5 aspect ratio seen on the earlier Pad Go, which works well for reading, browsing, and split-screen use. The bezels are thin and give the tablet a modern look without making it uncomfortable to hold.
It features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen supports Dolby Vision and can reach up to 900 nits in high brightness mode. This should make it suitable for watching movies and using the tablet outdoors, although it is still an LCD panel and not OLED.
The tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor, built on a 4nm process. It is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, which should be sufficient for daily tasks, streaming, and light multitasking. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB using UFS 3.1, offering faster app loading and file transfers. This is not a performance-focused tablet, but the hardware looks capable enough for students and casual users.
OnePlus has equipped the Pad Go 2 with quad speakers powered by its Omnibearing Sound Field technology. The speakers support Dolby Atmos and are tuned to deliver balanced sound in both landscape and portrait modes. For media consumption, audio quality should be one of the tablet’s stronger points.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. The interface remains clean and easy to use. OnePlus is clearly pushing ecosystem features here. When paired with a nearby OnePlus or OPPO phone using the same account, users can mirror their phone screen, drag and drop files, share the clipboard, and sync calls and notifications.

The tablet comes with an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. These cameras are meant for basic scanning, video calls, and online classes. They are not designed for photography, which is expected in this category.
The tablet can also use 5G and GPS from a connected phone. Other connectivity options are Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C.
OnePlus has packed a large 10,050mAh battery and claims up to 15 hours of video playback, 53 hours of music playback, and up to 60 days of standby time. The tablet supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
OnePlus has also introduced the Pad Go 2 Stylo. The stylus supports 4,096 levels of pressure and offers up to 20 hours of battery life. A dedicated case is also available separately for added protection.
