The ProArt P16 has a premium all-metal chassis. It meets US military-grade durability standards, so it can handle travel, outdoor shoots, and regular studio work without issues. Despite its high-end hardware, the laptop weighs only 1.95 kg, which makes it quite portable for a creator-focused machine. ASUS has also included its DialPad for fine-tuned control inside creative software. It helps with timeline scrubbing, brush adjustments, and other precise actions many creators use every day.

One of the biggest highlights of the ProArt P16 is its 16-inch 4K OLED 16:10 ASUS Lumina Pro display. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate, 0.2ms response time, and 1600 nits HDR peak brightness. It also boasts a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, and PANTONE Validated color accuracy.

It also supports touch and stylus input, which makes it suitable for drawing and detailed design work. ASUS Eye Care technology reduces blue-light exposure by up to 70 percent, which helps during long working sessions.

The ProArt P16 is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, which offers 50 TOPS of dedicated AI acceleration. This makes tasks like AI upscaling, AI-assisted editing, and scene detection much faster.

Users can choose up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU with 24GB GDDR7 VRAM. This GPU handles multi-track 4K and 8K editing, real-time rendering, AI-based effects, 10-bit 4:2:2 color workflows, and Ray-tracing in gaming and 3D modeling. The laptop also supports Copilot+ PC features and NVIDIA RTX AI tools to speed up creator workflows.

ASUS includes several tools to improve the creative workflow. It ahs ASUS DialPad for precise software control and ProArt Creator Hub to monitor system performance, switch modes, and calibrate the display. The laptop also includes ASUS StoryCube and MuseTree. Customers will also get three months of Adobe Creative Cloud included with the purchase. These tools help creators manage large projects, edit faster, and organize content efficiently.

The ProArt P16 is built for heavy data transfers and external displays. It includes USB4 Type-C (40Gbps) with display and power delivery, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, HDMI 2.1 FRL for high-resolution external monitors, Full-size SD Express 7.0 card reader, WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

The laptop comes with an FHD ASUS AiSense webcam with IR support for Windows Hello. AiSense adjusts lighting automatically during calls or shoots.

For audio, there is Dolby Atmos support with Smart Amp technology for clearer sound during editing or media playback.

You also get a backlit keyboard, a Copilot key, and a large precision touchpad.

The ProArt P16 includes a 90Whr battery paired with a 240W AC adapter. The battery supports long editing sessions, and the fast charger helps quickly top up before travel.
