vivo has officially launched its X300 and X300 Pro smartphones in China, replacing the previous Pro mini model with a full lineup of high-end devices. Both phones come with premium displays, flagship processors, and advanced camera systems designed for photography enthusiasts.
The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with ultra-narrow 1.05mm bezels. The larger X300 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED screen, also with ultra-narrow 1.1mm bezels. Both displays use BOE Q10+ material, offer full-link Zeiss natural color management, support 1-120Hz refresh rates, DC dimming, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and peak brightness up to 4500 nits.

Both phones are powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. They run Origin OS 6 based on Android 16.
The most notable feature of these phones is the expanded cross-platform connectivity with Apple devices. Features “Cross-Device Ecosystem” which
allows seamless interaction between the X300 series and Apple devices.

The camera setup on both devices is impressive. The X300 has a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. The X300 Pro introduces a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.28″ Sony LYT828 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 200MP 85mm periscope telephoto camera. Both phones feature Zeiss T coating*, APO certification, a 50MP front camera, and support a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter. The Pro model also includes a dual imaging chip setup with V3+ and VS1 chips.

Other features include in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensors, infrared sensors, USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers, Hi-Fi audio, and support for 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and multiple global satellite navigation systems.
Battery capacity is substantial, with the X300 packing 6040mAh and the X300 Pro offering 6510mAh. Both support 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
Vivo X300 pro measures 161.98×75.48×7.99mm in size and weighs 226g. Vivo X300 measures 150.57×71.92×7.95mm and weighs 190g. These phones carry IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The phones are now available for pre-order and will go on sale in China starting October 17th.
