Motorola has launched the Moto G06 Power, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone in India. The phone comes with a large display, a massive battery, and several features that make it a strong option in the entry-level segment.
The Moto G06 Power features a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate for offering smooth scrolling and a better viewing experience. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and supports up to 600 nits of peak brightness.
It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM. The phone comes with 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. It runs on Android 15 out of the box and will receive 2 years of security updates.
The Moto G06 Power comes with a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and LED flash for clear photos in different lighting conditions. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The phone includes stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, providing a richer sound experience. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is a welcome addition for wired earphone users.
The device supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, and USB Type-C for charging and data transfer.
One of the biggest highlights of the Moto G06 Power is its 7000mAh battery, which promises up to three days of battery life on a single charge. Motorola claims that the battery retains over 80% of its health even after 1000 charge cycles, ensuring long-term reliability. The phone supports 18W fast charging, and the charger is included in the box.
The Moto G06 Power has a sturdy design with IP64 dust and splash resistance, making it more durable for everyday use. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking. The phone weighs 220 grams and measures 8.82mm thick.
Price and Availability
The Moto G06 Power is priced at Rs. 7,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It will be available in Tendril, Tapestry, and Laurel Oak colours.
Sales will begin on October 11th through Flipkart, motorola.in, and select offline stores across India.
