YouTube has announced several new features for YouTube Studio. The updates were revealed during the Made on YouTube event and include AI-powered tools, new creative options, and stronger security features.
One of the most important updates is the likeness detection tool. This feature helps creators find and remove videos that misuse their face or image. It was tested earlier with top creators like MrBeast, but now it is moving into open beta for all members of the YouTube Partner Program. This will allow more creators to protect their identity and ensure that viewers are not misled by fake content.

Another major update is Ask Studio, an AI chatbot built into YouTube Studio. Creators can use it to get quick answers about their channel, including performance insights and audience feedback. The tool is designed to make analytics easier to understand and help creators grow their channels.

The Inspiration tab is also getting an upgrade. It now suggests personalized video ideas based on audience behavior and gives multiple responses to each AI prompt. Creators can mix and match these ideas or add their own, making the brainstorming process faster and more effective.

YouTube is also improving its A/B testing feature. Creators will soon be able to test up to three different video titles and thumbnails at once to see what performs best. According to YouTube, this feature has already been used over 15 million times.

Collaboration is another area where YouTube is adding new options. Soon, up to five creators will be able to work on a single video that appears across their audiences. However, the revenue will still go to the channel that uploads the video.

For global audiences, YouTube is enhancing its auto dubbing feature. The platform already supports 20 languages, but it will now test lip-syncing technology to make dubbed videos look more natural. YouTube says viewers are already spending more than 75% of their time on auto-dubbed videos compared to the originals.
These new features show that YouTube is focusing on creator growth, content protection, and better tools for reaching global audiences. With AI and smarter insights, creators will have more ways to build and protect their channels.
