realme has officially launched the new realme 15T in India, adding another device to the realme 15 series. It has 6.57-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 6400 processor, and 7,000mAh battery. The phone sits in the sub-25000 price segment to compete against OnePlus Nord CE 5, iQOO Neo 10R, and Infinix GT 30 Pro.
realme 15T comes with a 6.57-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 4000 nits peak brightness. realme has also included 2160Hz PWM dimming and 4R Comfort+ certification for better eye protection.
The device runs on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 on top and will receive three years of Android updates along with four years of security updates.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max 5G chipset and is equipped with a large 6050mm² AirFlow VC cooling system with thermal graphite. The device supports up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB with a microSD card.
The realme 15T features a 50-megapixel main rear camera paired with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. On the front, it has a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The phone also brings several AI features such as AI Edit Genie, AI Snap Mode, AI Landscape, AI Eraser, and AI Smart Image Matting. It also offers a Soft Light feature with five filters called Deja Vu, Retro, Misty, Glowy, and Dreamy.
It includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio, and USB Type-C audio. Connectivity features include 5G with support for multiple bands, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou.
The realme 15T packs a massive 7000mAh battery that was seen on the realme 15 and 15 Pro. It supports 60W fast charging that can charge the phone up to 50 percent in 31 minutes, and it also supports 10W reverse charging to power other devices.
It has been built with durability in mind. It comes with IP66, IP68, and even IP69 ratings, which means it is resistant to dust, water immersion, and hot water jets. The phone is just 7.79mm thick and weighs 181 grams. realme has used what it calls a blade-shaped stereo center frame to make the device slim while keeping it comfortable to hold. The Flowing Silver variant comes with the lowest camera bump in its price segment at only 1.44mm. Buyers can choose between Suit Titanium, Silk Blue, and Flowing Silver color options.
