Battlefield 6 is launching on October 10, but fans can try the game early through the open beta. EA is rolling out the beta in multiple phases to give players a chance to test gameplay, try new maps, and share feedback before the full release.
Battlefield 6 Open Beta Dates
The beta will be available in three sessions:
- Early Access – August 7 to August 8
- Open Beta Weekend One – August 9 to August 10
- Open Beta Weekend Two – August 14 to August 17
The beta will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and the EA App).
How to Join the Battlefield 6 Beta
If you want to join during Weekend One or Two, simply download the beta on your platform’s store starting August 4. No code or registration needed.
For Early Access on August 7:
- You can earn a beta code by watching select streamers (like JackFrags or Nadeshot) through Twitch Drops.
- If you were part of the Battlefield Labs program, you will get early access automatically.
Maps and Modes in the Beta
The Battlefield 6 beta includes four fan-favorite multiplayer modes:
- Conquest
- Breakthrough
- Squad Deathmatch
- Domination
You will also get to play on four maps:
- Siege of Cairo
- Liberation Peak
- Iberian Offensive
- Empire State
The open beta is a good chance to get hands-on with the game before launch. If you’re a Battlefield fan, this is your moment to jump in early and test the action. Download starts August 4, so be ready.
