Sony Interactive Entertainment and Arrowhead Game Studios have confirmed that Helldivers II is coming to Xbox Series X|S on August 26. The game was earlier released on PlayStation 5 and PC (via Steam) on February 8, 2024. Xbox users can now pre-order the game from the Microsoft Store.
Helldivers II is a fast-paced, cooperative third-person shooter. You play as a soldier of Super Earth, fighting to protect freedom and democracy across a hostile galaxy. The game puts you in intense battles where teamwork is the key to survival.
The game has Team-based missions where you join a squad of up to four players. You can choose your loadout. Whether you want to attack from above, sneak behind enemy lines, or charge into battle, there is a wide range of weapons, armor, and tools available.
Super Earth rewards your efforts with Requisition. You can use this to unlock upgrades for your character, ship, and team. Each planet has deadly threats.
