Nothing is getting ready to launch its first true flagship phone: the Nothing Phone (3). After releasing the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro as mid-range options earlier this year, the company is now shifting focus to a more premium device. And this time, the price tag reflects that.
In a recent video, Nothing CEO Carl Pei shared a key detail about the upcoming Phone (3). He revealed that the phone will be priced at “around £800”. That translates to approximately ₹90,500 in India, $1,063 in the US, and €951 in Europe, based on current exchange rates.
This is a big step up for Nothing, both in terms of price and what the phone promises to offer. Pei said the Phone (3) will come with “premium materials”, “major performance upgrades”, and “software that really levels things up”. These hints suggest that Nothing is aiming to compete directly with high-end phones from brands like Samsung, Google, and even Apple.
While the company has always focused on unique design and clean software, the Phone (3) could be its most ambitious product yet. Pei called it Nothing’s “first proper flagship”, which means we can expect top-tier hardware, polished features, and hopefully, a strong overall experience.
Nothing has already confirmed that the Phone (3) will launch in the third quarter of this year, sometime between July and September. Pei also mentioned in the video that it will arrive “this summer”, so an official launch could be just around the corner.
As with past launches, we can expect a steady stream of teasers and announcements leading up to the big reveal. Nothing likes to build hype slowly, so we will likely see more design details, specs, and features shared in the coming weeks.
With a price of around £800, the Phone (3) clearly aims to move beyond the budget and mid-range market. It will be interesting to see how Nothing plans to justify the premium pricing, and whether the phone can deliver the kind of flagship experience users expect at that level.
