Prowatch, the smartwatch accessory sub-brand of Lava, has launched its latest smartphone ProWatch X in India. The watch comes with a premium design, activity tracking, health tracking, and built-in GPS.
At first glance, the ProWatch X feels like a premium wearable. The 1.43-inch AMOLED panel is bright and sharp. It has 466 × 466 pixels resolution and 500 nits brightness. The watch also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for durability. It also has always-on display that adds to the premium experience. Users can also customize their smartwatch with over 110+ watch faces to match their style. With an IP68 rating, the ProWatch X is resistant to dust and water.
ProWatch X packs a dual-core ATD3085C chipset designed for efficient performance. It also supports Bluetooth 5.3 and offers Bluetooth calling.
It has 6-Axis G-Sensor for motion tracking and an HX3960 PPG Heart Sensor for heart rate monitoring. The watch supports both manual and continuous monitoring. You will also get SpO₂ (blood oxygen) tracking and Sleep tracking. It also includes HRV (Heart Rate Variability) monitoring, post-workout recovery analysis, and even breathing exercises. There are also 110+ sports modes and 6 structured running courses.
The smartwatch also includes an inbuilt GPS for accurate tracking of outdoor activities without needing a phone. It also has a barometer, altimeter, and compass (ABC sensors) for making it a useful companion for hikers and trekkers.
Other notable features include quick replies, event reminders, Find My Watch & Phone, and a Pomodoro timer. It also includes a world clock and a stopwatch with lap tracking. There are also gesture controls, including Raise-to-Wake and Cover-to-Sleep, making interactions seamless.
The smartwatch packs a 300mAh battery and promises up to 8–10 days of battery backup on normal usage. However, if you are frequently using Bluetooth calling, you can expect around 5 hours of talk time.
The ProWatch X is being launched at an introductory price of Rs. 4,499. Pre-orders are available from February 15 to February 18, 2025, with an exclusive Rs. 1,000 discount on all bank cards. It will go on sale starting February 21st, 2025, exclusively on Flipkart.com.
