Motorola is set to launch its next budget 4G smartphone Moto G05 in India. The launch is scheduled for January 7th.
The smartphone was launched for global markets last month. So, we already know the specs. The phone features a 6.67-inch 90Hz HD+ LCD screen. Motorola claims that the phone has a brightness screen with up to 1000 nits peak brightness in its segment.
The phone will come with Android 15 out of the box and boasts to offer 2 years of security updates for the phone. It packs a MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor with ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. Moto G05 also includes 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB storage.
The camera setup has 50 megapixels rear camera and 8 megapixels front camera. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C. The smartphone packs a 5200mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
Moto G05 will be offered in Forest Green and Plum Red colors. It has an IP52 dust and splash-resistant body. Dimensions measure 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.17mm and it weighs 188.8g.
