Uber Introduces Uber One Subscription in India

Uber One

Uber has launched its Uber One subscription plan in India. This subscription offers an upgraded and flexible way to save on rides and enjoy exclusive perks. It replaces Rider Pass which has now been discontinued. Uber One is already successful in some countries. So, the company is now introducing it in the country.

What is Uber One?

Uber One is a premium subscription plan designed to provide added value to Uber’s customers. The plan includes:

  • Ride Discounts: Subscribers enjoy reduced fares on eligible trips.
  • Priority Support: Access to faster and dedicated customer support.
  • Exclusive Offers: Special deals on rides and deliveries.
  • Uber Credits: Earn credits up to ₹150 per trip, which can be used to offset ride costs.

As part of the Uber One plan, users also get a three-month Zomato Gold membership. This partnership offers exclusive discounts on dining and food delivery. This makes the subscription even more appealing.

Uber One’s introduction comes at a time when the Indian ride-hailing market is heating up. Competitors like Namma Yatri, backed by Google, are rolling out their subscription models with driver-focused features. So, Uber wants to attract loyal customers and maintain its dominance in the market with this new subscription.

Subscription Plans:

  • ₹149 for one month.
  • ₹349 for three months.
  • ₹1,499 for an annual subscription.
