OnePlus has officially announced that its Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro smartphones will debut in China next month. These devices are set to feature top-of-the-line hardware. OnePLus Ace 5 is expected to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 while the Ace 5 Pro should come with Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Louis Lee, a OnePlus executive, shared key performance benchmarks for the Ace 5 to boast the gaming capabilities of the Ace 5. The phone was tested on King of Glory and it managed to provide consistent 120 FPS, controlled thermal output, and power efficiency at 3.57W during a 1-hour gaming session.
The phone is rumored to come with a flat metal frame, optional ceramic glass back, the signature OnePlus alert slider, and a rear camera setup with a triple-lens configuration.
