Gemini gets memory feature to remember your preferences

Google Gemini

Google’s Gemini AI chatbot received a big update to make it even better for users. Now it has a memory to remember things like information about you, your interests, and personal preferences. Google Gemini’s official X account posted it to confirm the new feature.

You can ask Gemini to remember things using natural conversation or add it manually from a new gemini.google.com/saved-info page. Everything you asked Gemini to save will be available on this page. It also allows to edit and delete saved info.

Google promises not to use your saved information to train its model. The data will also not be shared with third parties.

The feature is being rolled out to certain Gemini users. The memory feature will only be available for Advanced subscribers. Right now, the feature is only available on the web. Android and iOS users will have to wait for a few days.
