Vivo just introduced the Vivo X200 series in China. Vivo X200 series includes Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and Vivo X200 Pro mini. These are flagship phones offering impressive specs and good camera performance.

Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and Vivo X200 Pro mini run OriginOS 5 based on Android 15. The UI features Origin Island similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island. It also includes its own version of circle to search feature. Vivo has also created an AI model that can handle note-taking and copywriting. This AI model is specifically for the Chinese market. It will be interesting to see what Vivo will use in global markets.

These phones feature 6.67-inch, 6.78-inch, and 6.31-inch respectively. All these phones have AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. The display also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support.

These phones pack an Octa-Core Dimensity 9400 3nm processor with Immortalis-G925 GPU. This is a powerful SoC that scored 3.04 million points on Antutu benchmarks. You also get up to 16GB of RAM which also supports up to 16GB of virtual RAM. There’s also 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage.

There’s also a Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Edition that supports Beidou satellite communication. The feature supports SOS text broadcasting and one-on-one voice and text communication. This special model also features LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM.

These phones feature 50 megapixels primary camera with Sony LYT-818 sensor, OIS, and T* coating. This is a custom-made sensor and Vivo claims that it can compete against 1-inch camera sensors with its image quality and can also deliver superior video quality. There’s also a 50 megapixels ultra-wide camera with Samsung JN1 sensor. Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro Mini feature 50 megapixels Sony IMX882 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. Vivo X200 Pro has 20 megapixels Samsung HP9 Zeiss APO telephoto camera offering 3.7x optical zoom, and OIS. For selfies, the phone has 32 megapixels primary camera. The phone can record videos in 4K at 120fps or 10-bit 60fps with Dolby Vision HDR. This is because of the included Volvo C3+ imaging chip. These phones can also capture Live Photos and directly share on social media platforms.

These phones also feature an under-display fingerprint sensor, but the vanilla model has an optical fingerprint reader.

Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7 802.11 be, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS: L1+L5, Beidou: B1C+B1I+B2a+B2b, GLONASS: G1, Galileo: E1+E5a+E5b, QZSS: L1+L5, NavIC: L5, USB Type-C, and NFC.

Vivo X200 packs 5800mAh and supports 90W wired flash charging. Vivo X200 Pro and Vivo X200 Pro Mini come with 5700mAh and 6000mAh batteries, respectively. These phones support 90W wired flash charging and 30W wireless flash charging.
