Nothing just introduced Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition in India. The phone has similar specs as the Nothing Phone (2a), but has design changes made by the Nothing community. Nothing received over 900 submissions from 47 countries and selected one design.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition features a green-tinted phosphorescent material finish on the back that emits a soft glow in the dark. It allows you to locate the phone in the dark.

Nothing has also added 6 wallpapers, created by the community, to match the glowing design.

The packaging of the phone also features a 3D interpretation of the phone glowing in the dark. So, it perfectly complements phone’s design. The entire “Phosphorescence” concept also extends to the marketing campaign with the slogan “Find your light. Capture your light.”

The phone offers an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also has 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC connectivity. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 50W wired charging.

The company only has 1,000 units of the Nothing Phone (2a) Community Edition to sell. It will offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the sale starts on November 12 for people who successfully registered.
