Vivo has today announced the launch of Vivo T3 Ultra in India. The phone joins Vivo’s T3 series of smartphones in India. The phone features a curved display and promises good camera performance.
Vivo T3 Ultra is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. With Immortalis-G715 GPU. It has LPDDR4X RAM and is offered in three variants: 8+128GB, 8+256GB, and 12+256GB. The phone runs FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14. It will also get two years of Android software updates and three years of security patches. The software also includes some AI features like AI Eraser and Photo Enhance.
Vivo T3 Ultra features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 2800×1260 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. It supports HDR10+ content and there is also SCHOTT Xensation α Cover Glass protection to protect the display.
The rear camera has 50 megapixels primary camera with f/1.88 aperture, SONY IMX921 sensor, OIS, and ZEISS optics. There is also an 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. The phone can also record 4K video. For selfies, the phone has a 50 megapixels autofocus front-facing camera that can also record 4K videos.
Vivo T3 Ultra has an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also supports Face Unlock which uses 2D face unlock and works fine. The phone has stereo speakers and supports USB Type-C audio. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 be, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and USB Type-C 2.0.
The phone packs a 5500mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The good thing is that the charger is included in the box. It takes an hour to charge from 0% to 100%.
Vivo T3 Ultra measures 164.1×74.93×7.58mm and weighs 192g. The phone is also IP68 dust and water-resistant. It comes in Lunar Gray and Frost Green colors.
