Google has now introduced a cheaper storage Google One Plan called Google One Lite. This cheaper plan also cuts a few benefits but is still worth enough for most people.

Google One Lite is priced at Rs. 59 per month. It offers 30GB of storage space. But you will not get Family Sharing, Google Photos Benefits, or any other additional perks. Google One is a budget-friendly option for people who only want additional storage space for their Google account. Like other Google One plans, this plan also comes with the first-month free trial.

Since the plan lacks Foamy Sharing, you cannot share the storage with your family members. It is mainly for standalone use.

When I checked the Google One plans and pricing page, I didn’t see the Google One Lite membership listed there. It seems the company is now testing it with a limited number of users and will make it available to all later.

On the other hand, Google One starts at Rs. 130 per month for a 100GB storage plan. In this plan, you get Family sharing, Google Photos benefits, and several other features.

For me, 30GB of storage isn’t good enough. Google could have given 50GB storage in this subscription. What do you think about Google One Lite? Let me know if 30GB of storage is sufficient.
