HMD has finally introduced the Barbie Flip phone. The phone was announced earlier this year at MWC and will go on sale starting in October. It costs $129. This is a retro flip phone that offers features like calling and texting but aims to keep you out of digital distraction.
The Barbie Phone comes only in Pink color. The display of the phone can also be used as a mirror to have touch-ups on the go. The phone comes with two replaceable back covers. One is the brightly colored swirls of the 1992’s iconic Totally Hair Barbie doll and the second is the vintage ‘shooting heart’ design.

You will also get a dazzling set of stick-on crystals along with retro Barbie stickers to customize the phone. The company also bundles a pastel beaded phone strap with hues of pink, yellow, and blue. All things are packaged in an adorable Barbie and HMD-branded jewelry box.
The phone’s UI also includes Barbie wallpapers and Barbie app icons. It also has several custom ringtones including floating, Coastal, DreamHouse, Azure Barbie, and Surf Chimes. It also has several Easter eggs.

The phone features a 2.8-inch QVGA internal screen and a 1.77-inch external screen. It packs Unisoc T107 processor, 64MB RAM, and 128 MB internal storage. Internal storage is expandable up to 32GB.
The phone features a VGA rear camera, FM Radio, MP3 Player, 3.5mm Headphone, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C. The phone supports LTE Cat1, WCDMA, and GSM/GPRS networks. It also packs a 1450mAh removable battery that promises up to 9 hours of talk time.
HMD Barbie Phone is priced at 129 Euros in Europe and 99 GBP in the UK. It is now available starting August 28th. The phone will also be available int he US for USD 129 starting from October 1.
