OPPO India has today confirmed the launch date of the OPPO Reno12 5G Series in India. The company will launch Reno12 5G and Reno12 Pro 5G in India on July 12, 2024. The saline ‘Your Everyday AI Companion’ confirms that the phone will come with several AI features.

Both phones of the OPPO Reno12 5G series feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz Flexible AMOLED display with quad-micro curve display. So, these phones feature 1.69mm narrow side bezels and an impressive 93.5% screen-to-body ratio. The display use 10-bit panels offering 1.07 billion colours along with peak HDR brightness up to 1200 nits.

Both the devices are IP65 dust and water-resistant and are also tested by SGS for Premium Performance 5 Stars Multi-scene protection.

Reno12 series has advanced 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300-E soC with MediaTek APU 655 for AI. The phone will come with several AI features like AI Clear Face, AI Writer, AI Recording Summary, and AI Eraser 2.0.

The camera will also come with several AI features. Reno12 Pro features 50 megapixels primer camera with OIS along with 50 megapixels telephoto camera with 2x portrait zoom and 8 megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera. It also has 50 megapixels front camera. The Reno12 has similar camera setup but replaces telephoto camera with a 2 megapixels macro camera. It has 32 megapixels front camera for selfies.

These devices will also pack a 5000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. This allows charging from 0% to 100% in just 46 minutes.

OPPO Reno12 5G Series will be available exclusively from Flipkart.
