We have been reading news about the rumored CMF Phone 1 for a long time. Now the company has teased the phone via a post on X. CMF shared a photo on X suggesting a vegan leather back. The orange color is the same one the company used in the recently launched CMF Buds and CMF Neckband Pro.

We can also see a dial that seems the same that we saw in the case of CMF Buds. Not sure if the dial is just for design purposes or if it will have any function attached to it. In the CMF Buds charging case, it is there as a lanyard connector. On CMF Phone 1, the dial could act as a volume knob, similar to what we do on CMF Neckband Pro. The knob could also be used to control the camera soon.

CMF is the sub-brand of Nothing, the company founded by Carl Pei. A few reports suggest that CMF Phone 1 could be the rebranded Nothing Phone 2a, but with some design tweaks. Some reports claim it could be a budget phone priced at around Rs. 15000.

If rumors are to be believed, the phone could feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 7200 chipset, 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, dual-camera with 50MP primary sensor, 16MP front-facing camera, and 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

The phone is expected to be released in July. We still have a month to go. So, there will be official teasers and leaks confirming the specs of the phone before it becomes official.
