Former BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover is making a comeback in the fintech space with his new venture ZeroPe. ZeroPe will offer instant loans for medical bill payments.

ZeroPe is a fintech platform that provides medical loans of up to Rs. 5 lakh to customers. This medical loan can only be availed at partner hospitals. For offering loans, ZeroPe has partnered with Delhi-based NBFC Mukut Finvest. Mukut Finvest will serve as a lending partner for ZeroPe.

ZeroPe will be competing against Qube Health, Kenko, Mykare Health, Arogya Finance, and a few other companies that are already offering instant financing for medical bills.

ZeroPe app has been developed by Third Unicorn, the company Ashneer founded last year. Third Unicorn raised around $3.5 million in a seed round in February 2023. ZNL Growth Fund led the funding round, and 28 other angel investors and ventures also participated.

Third Unicorn also launched CrickPe, a platform similar to Dream11, My11 Circle, and MPL. Sadly, CrickPe couldn’t create a buzz and Ashneer also didn’t actively promote the app. Now Third Unicorn has launched this new fintech platform.
