Xiaomi 14 Ultra sports a 6.73-inch 2K 12-bit OLED display with 120Hz variable refresh rate and up to 3000 nits peak brightness. The display panel has HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It also has Xiaomi Ceramic Glass protection to protect the display panel from scratches.
The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and Adreno 750 GPU. It also has a 4000mm² Dual-Channel IceLoop cooling system Vapor-liquid separation design that promises 3 times the performance of traditional VC. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has 16GB LPPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

Xiaomi has also packed the phone with a Surge P2 charging chipset and a Surge G1 battery management chipset.
The smartphone comes in three colors: Jade Green, Matte Black, Classic White. It measures 161.4×75.3×9.2mm. The phone is also IP68 Dust and waterproof. So, it also has a nice build quality and looks premium.
