Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date for the highly anticipated Galaxy S24 series. The Unpacked event is scheduled to take place on January 17 in San Jose, California, at 10:00 AM PT (1:00 PM ET). The event will also be streamed live on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel.
Samsung has also opened up “reservations” for upcoming devices. People who reserve a phone will get a $50 credit.
Samsung promises that the event will be about the latest premium Galaxy innovations that will provide an all-new mobile experience powered by AI. We have already read several reports boasting the AI capabilities of the upcoming Galaxy S24 series. We are already excited to see Samsung’s AI image generator, AI photo/video editing features, and more.
Galaxy S24 series will include Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra. These phones are tipped to feature aluminum frames, Super AMOLED displays, triple cameras, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, and fast charging capabilities.
The launch date was initially confirmed by Samsung Australia which tweeted to confirm the Galaxy Unpacked date. Surprisingly, the tweet is hidden on Samsung Australia’s profile and you can not access it until you have a direct link.
