After introducing new M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max chips, Apple unveiled new 14‑inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by these new chips.
These new MacBook Pro models feature a Liquid Retina XDR display with 20 percent brighter SDR content. It boasts 1000 nits sustained and 1600 nits of peak brightness for HDR content.
These are offered with M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max chips. You will get up to 48GB of unified memory that is configurable up to 128GB with an M3 Max chip. New MacBook Pro models are available with 512GB and 1TB SSD storage and can be configured to 2TB, 4TB, or 8TB.
The new MacBook Pro has a 1080p FaceTime HD camera and studio-quality three-mic array. It also packs a High-fidelity six-speaker sound system with force-cancelling woofers and Wide stereo sound.
These new MacBook Pro models feature 3 x Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C with support for Charging, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt 4, USB 4, SDXC card slot, HDMI 2.1 port, and MagSafe 3 port. For wireless connectivity, these laptops support Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3.
There is a Backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and a Force Touch trackpad for precise cursor control and pressure-sensing capabilities.
The 14-inch model with M3 Soc promises up to 22 hours of usage and and 16-inch model with M3 Pro and M3 Max promises up to 22 hours. The 14-inch model with M3Pro and M3 Max promises up to 18 hours.
