Vivo has just announced its new smartphone Vivo Y72 in its ‘Y series’. The phone has a 6.64-inch FHD+ LCD display, Dimensity 6020 5G SoC, up to 6GB RAM, 50+2 MP rear camera, 8 MP selfie camera, and 5000 mAh battery.
Vivo Y27 features a 6.64-inch Full HD+ LCD display with up to 600 nits peak brightness. The phone was a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. It runs Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
The phone packs MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G SoC with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes in 4GB or 6GB RAM options. It also supports an additional 6GB of virtual RAM. The phone offers 128GB internal storage. Internal storage is further expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card.
The rear camera setup includes 50 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. It also has 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also has 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5Ghz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/QZSS, and USB Type-C. The phone supports USB Type-C audio. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging.
Vivo Y27 5G comes in Mystic Black and Satin Purple colors. It measures 164.06 x 76.17 x 8.07 mm and weighs 190g.
