Brave has today announced the Guardian-powered Firewall + VPN is now available on its desktop browser with the recent 1.49 version. It will be rolled out gradually in various regions over the next few days.

The desktop VPN also includes cross-device support. So, users can connect five devices to one VPN subscription, regardless of the platform/ It costs $9.99/month or $99.99/year. So, it turns out to be less than $2 a month for each device. The company is also giving customers a free 7-day trial to experience this VPN before purchasing the subscription.

Brave browser already blocks ads and trackers to provide a private browsing experience. Brave VPN encrypts and protects your online activities even outside the Brave browser. If you already have a Brave Firewall + VPN subscription on an Android or iOS device, you can link more mobile or desktop devices from Brave browser settings.

With this new Firewall + VPN, users can mask IP addresses, change location, prevent ISP from snooping on their activities, and access geographically blocked content.
