Canon has announced the launch of 4 new camcorders Canon XA60, XA65, XA70, and XA75. XA60 and XA65 are compact while lightweight XA70 and XA75 promise the high-image-quality. These camcorders are for professionals and promise to deliver the high image quality and video recording.
Canon XA75 and XA70 feature a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a DIGIC DV 6 image processor. These camcorders are 4K-compatible and come with a 15x optical zoom lens with a zoom range from approximately 25.5mm at the wide end to approximately 382.5mm at the telephoto end. You can record 4K videos at 30fps.
With the help of a large sensor, these camcorders offer good background blur and minimal noise in low-light environments. The XA75 and XA70 come with a Dual Pixel focus guide that lets users manually focus on a subject easily. You will enjoy fast focusing and subject tracking during shooting.
Canon XA60 and Canon XA65 feature a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor and a DIGIC DV 6 image processor. These are compact and light in weight. These camera support 4K/30p image capture across the entire zoom range. The XA65 and XA60 use an advanced Hybrid AF system for improved focusing even when shooting in low light situations. There is also a 3.5inch LCD, that lets users set the focus by touching a single AF point. The XA65 and XA60 offer 20x optical zoom.
These camcorders also include 5-axis image stabilization to capture shake-free footage. All these camcorders support 40x digital zoom that can be extended to 800x in the XA65 and XA60, and 600x in the XA75 and XA70. All four models are designed for professional workflows.
