The Apple Watch Ultra features heart rate monitoring with ECG, Blood Oxygen apps, Activity rings, and more health features. The smartwatch has automatic walk detection and will get automatic run detection later this year. Apple has also improved the speaker and microphone.

Apple Watch Ultra promises 36 hours of battery life. Apple also claims that it will roll out new battery optimization tech later to boost the battery life to 60 hours.
Apple Watch ultra comes with improved water resistance. The watch is WR 100 water resistant and can survive underwater. It also shows the depth, time, and temperature when you are under the water. This smartwatch can also be used while Scooba diving.
