Xiaomi has been teasing the launch of the Xiaomi Pad 5 in India. Now the company has confirmed that the tablet will be launched in India on April 27 alongside Xiaomi 12 Pro.

Xiaomi Pad 5 was introduced in China last year in August. So, we already know the specifications. The Indian variant of the tablet should also come with the same specs. The company has also launched a microsite where it will keep revealing more details one by one in the coming days.

The tablet features an 11-inch WQXGA 120Hz display. The display supports DCI-P3 and has a 500nits brightness. It packs Snapdragon 860 SoC and 66GB RAM. The tablet also comes in 128GB and 256GB storage options. It runs MIUI for Pad.

Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with a 13 megapixels rear camera and 8 megapixels selfie camera. The rear camera and front camera both can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps.

The tablet has 4 speakers set up with support for Dolby Atmos. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and USB Type-C. The tablet has an 8720mAh battery.

It measures 254.69 x 166.25 x .85mm and weighs 511 grams. The tablet comes in Pearl White and Cosmic Gray.
