Asus has today confirmed that they will launch their flagship Asus 8Z in India next week. The launch event will be held online on YouTube at 12 PM on February 28. If you are interested in watching it, bookmark this link. The phone will be sold online exclusively from Flipkart.
ASUS 8z is actually the Asus Zenfone 8 that was announced for the global market last year. Its India launch was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is the reason we already know the specifications of the phone.
Asus 8z features a 5.9-inch FHD+ 120Hz E4 AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, Snapdragon 888 SoC, up to 16GB RAM, 64+12 MP rear camera, 12 MP selfie camera, 4000 mAh battery with 30W Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging.
The phone comes in 4 differnet RAM storage models including 6+64 GB, 8+128GB, 8+256GB and 16+256GB. It also supports 5G.
Asus also recently launched ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro in the country.
