Asus has just launched two new gaming smartphones ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro in the Indian market. These phones come with powerful specs and start at Rs. 49999.
Both the phones feature the same 6.78-inch Full HD+ E4 AMOLED HDR display with 144Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The display is also HDR10 and HDR10+ certified. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection to avoid scratches. ROG Phone 5s Pro also comes with a ROG Vision cooler matrix display on the back panel. The phone runs ROG UI based on Android 11 out of the box.
ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro are powered by 3GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 888+ processor with Adreno 660 GPU. ROG Phone 5s comes in 8+128GB and 12+256GB models. ROG Phone 5s Pro will be available with 18GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

The camera setup is the same. There is a triple camera setup with 64 megapixels primary camera, 13 megapixels 125° ultrawide-angle camera, and 5 megapixels macro camera. For selfies, there is a 24 megapixels selfie camera.
There is an under-display fingerprint sensor. For gaming, these phones also come with dual ultrasonic sensors for AirTrigger 5, 10 Motion control gestures, and grip press.
Both the phones feature dual front-facing speakers with Dirac HD Sound.
ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro pack the same 6000 man battery with support to 65W ROG HyperCharge support.
Dimensions of these phone are also the same. Both the phones measure 173 x 77 x 9.9 mm and weigh 238 g. ROG Phone 5s comes in Storm White and Phantom Black colors, but ROG Phone 5s Pro will only be available in Phantom Black color.
