Xiaomi has announced its latest tablet Xiaomi Pad 5 for the global market.
Xiaomi Pad 5 features an 11-inch 2.5K / WQXA LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10. The tablet packs Snapdragon 860 with Adreno 640 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and is offered in 256GB or 512GB storage options.
Xiaomi Pad 5 also supports Xiaomi Smart Pen. Xiaomi Smart Pen comes with 4096 pressure sensitivity and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It includes features such as Smart Pen function keys to quickly jot down notes, taking screenshots or easily switching between pen and eraser.
The tablet runs MIUI for Pad based on Android 11. It has a 13 megapixels rear camera and 8 megapixels selfie camera. It has quad-speakers and supports Dolby Atmos. There is no headphone jack because the tablet supports USB Type-C audio.
It has Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / GLONASS / BeiDou / GALILEO / QZSS, and USB Type-C connectivity. Xiaomoi Pad 5 packs 8,720mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.
Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in Cosmic Gray and Pearl White colors. It measures 254.69x 166.25mmx6.85mm and weighs 511 Grams.
The base variant with 128GB storage costs 349 Euros and variant with 256GB storage costs 399 Euros.
