Microsoft has also announced Surface Pro 8 tablet. The new tablet comes with a 120Hz display, improved performance, and Thunderbolt 4.

It features a 13-inch PixelSense screen, that’s an upgrade from the previous 12.3-inch display. The display also has a 120Hz refresh rate and supports Dolby Vision. Microsoft calls it “the most technically advanced display we’ve ever built.” The tablet also runs Windows 11.

It is shipped with an 11th Gen quad-core Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. There will also be a Core i3 option and LTE models for commercial users. The base model has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and the highest model has 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

Surface Pro 8 has Thunderbolt 4 on its two USB-C ports. So, you can now connect the fast external hard drive, external GPU, and 4K external monitors. There is a 10 megapixels rear camera that supports 4K video. It also has 5 megapixels with 1080p video.

You can use Slim Pen 2 and Surface Pro Signature Keyboard with the tablet. Microsoft isn’t bundling any of its keyboard covers. So, you will have to buy it separately.

Microsoft promises up to 16 hours of battery life. So, the tablet will easily last for full-day usage.

Surface Pro 8 starts at $1,099.99 and pre-orders start today. The company will ship on October 5th.
